Past Presidents This Past Presidents Section was created to recognize leaders of NCRTA for their hard work, dedication, and commitment; to maintain history of the Association; and to provide some knowledge base for future members of the board of directors and general NCRTA membership.  The descriptions provided since the founding of NCRTA highlight the past and continuing leaders of NCRTA to show how our organization has evolved to where it is now.  We hope this page will reflect the past accomplishments of the Association, depict the success of the present, and give a glimpse of the goals and issues for NCRTA in the future.
