INSTRUCTIONS:
1. If you wish to submit registration and payment by check through the
US Postal Service or the day of the conference, click here for the
form. To register online and submit payment with your credit card via
PayPal select the appropriate item(s) below.
2. CEU Payment - After clicking on the 'Add to cart' button, you will
need to return to this form (by clicking 'Continue shopping') and
select the CEU payment button.
3. After PayPal payment has been processed, click on the 'RETURN TO
NORTH CAROLINA RECREATIONAL THERAPY ASSOCIATION'. Do not click the 'Continue' button
since it will not take you to the conference registration form. Once
you arrive at the registration form, please enter your name, address,
and other registration
